Where do I drop off my item to be repaired or serviced?
Customers who wish to drop off items to be serviced or repaired, can simply park in the onsite parking available, and report to our reception area clearly signed for. All customers/visitors must report to reception.
How long does a service take?
Depending on the item, a standard service (without add ons) may take up to 90 mins, however if there is damage resulting in a part or parts to be replaced it may take up to 72 hours to complete, as a result of getting part(s) and required installation. Services may also be delayed due to appointment availability. Please make an appointment if you would like a swift service.
What are service add ons?
Service add ons may consist of chain/blade sharpening, chain/blade replacement, battery replacement, Gear Greasing etc. All of which carry an additional parts & labour charge.
How long does a repair usually take?
Repair times differ depending on the item, but usually between 1 & 5 working days, as a result of attaining necessary parts.
How do I make an appointment?
Making an appointment is easy, simply call: (083)0113724 between the hours of (Mon-Sat 9am-5pm)( Lunch 1pm-2pm each day) and we can schedule an appointment for you.
You can also arrive with the machine and drop it off, however if our service workshop is busy, it may take longer to complete any works on your item, so if you are looking for a quick turn around, we advise you to make an appointment.
